Architecture meets delivery

I have spent a decade building backend and platform systems where reliability, throughput, and operational clarity matter. My work spans insurance transaction platforms, cross-chain infrastructure, crypto custody, and large-scale telecom systems.

I am most effective at the intersection of architecture and delivery: decomposing monoliths without breaking production contracts, designing event-driven services that teams can operate confidently, and building the observability and automation layers that keep platforms healthy.

As a technical lead, I focus on hiring strong engineers, raising engineering standards through reusable patterns, and creating environments where teams ship incrementally with measurable impact.

      • Implemented versioning and auditability for carrier configuration changes to strengthen traceability and governance.
      • Centralized and automated carrier setup and lifecycle operations via configuration-driven, self-service workflows.
      • Reduced onboarding effort from approximately 8 weeks to minutes by eliminating repetitive manual handoffs.
      • Enabled faster carrier launches and more scalable onboarding processes across the platform.

    4. Architected scalable technical exception tracking for BPMN processes in Zinnia Live

      • Designed a scalable technical-exception intelligence layer for Camunda BPMN processes surfaced through Zinnia Live.
      • Structured exception classification across source, process step, root cause, and user-facing messaging dimensions.
      • Supported visibility and triage for failures across thousands of active process instances.
      • Used LLM-assisted interpretation, Redis caching, framework-level logic, and custom algorithms to improve analysis quality and lookup performance.
      • Reduced debugging effort for support, QA, and engineering teams by transforming raw exceptions into actionable insights.

    5. Consolidated Datadog observability and automated production incident workflows

      • Rationalized 1,000+ Datadog alerts and dashboards into fewer than 100 high-value monitors and dashboards.
      • Reduced alert noise by removing duplicates, obsolete checks, and fragmented monitoring configurations.
      • Implemented automated production incident ticket creation using Terraform, Datadog, and Jira Service Management.
      • Standardized monitor and incident routing practices through infrastructure-as-code driven workflows.
      • Improved production support efficiency by making alerts more actionable and routing incidents consistently to the right teams.

    • Built a cold-custody wallet platform with HSM security and multi-signature support, including a generic rule engine with ~30ms response time.
    • Delivered custody services supporting 100K customers and 10K daily crypto deposit/withdrawal transactions.

    • Developed backend modules for one of the largest private blockchain platforms with 100GB data volume.
    • Built a file validation system reducing processing time from 10 minutes to 8 seconds.
    • Supported SMS delivery at peak scale of 450M messages/day and developed a URL shortener serving 2,000 reads/sec.
